1. What does DesignLoad has to offer?

DesignLoad offers variety of graphic products for all different purposes. Our products are currently divided into 66 categories mainly targeted towards webdesign audience. We offer website templates, flash website templates, navigation interfaces for websites, icons and much more. Our products will help your work to be more efficient.

2. May I use everything just for $49.95?

Yes, if you'll buy a standard membership at DesignLoad you are free to download as much as you want from 30 standard categories on our site for period of 1 year. No additional charges apply. If you would like to have access to all 69 categories you'll need to eather register for a premium account or upgrade from standard account to premium.

3. What software do I need to work with your products?

In order to work with our templates you'll need html editor /Dreamweaver, Frontpage, Homesite etc./. To modify graphics, you'll need Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or software that has the ability to open and edit PSD files. Flash products can be edited using Macromedia Flash MX or above.

4. How often do you add new products?

We add new products on daily basis, at least 3 products per day.

5. Can I make money driving traffic to you?

Yes, DesignLoad offers 25 percent from each sale. All you need to do is to register as an affiliate, and use one of the banners or scripts you can find in the affiliate area.

6. Can you refund my money?

Once you have downloaded a product from DesignLoad we cannot refund your money as you cannot return the intangible products back. If you didn't download a product from us and would like to make a refund, we will refund your money if you'll ask for a refund within 5 days after the membership purchased.

7. Are there any further fees except the membership fee?

No, the membership is the only charge you will face. All the products will be available for you to download as many times as you want for period of 1 year.

8. Will I have an exclusive membership over the items I download?

Your purchase entitles you to a license to use the products royalty free. We do not grand exclusive rights for items downloaded from DeisignLoad.

9. Are there any restrictions on my use of the DesignLoad products?

First of all our products cannot be resold as standalone products. If you would like to sell the products from our offer to any of your customers, you will need to do significant changes to the products. If you don't want to make signification changes, your customer would need to get a membership at DesignLoad to use the products as they are. Additionally, our products may not be distributed as part of any archive, catalog, media disc, auction etc. as well as you are not allowed to use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tool to download content.

10. How do I access the products once I purchased a membership at DesignLoad?

After you register and your membership gets authorized you may access the member area. In the member area, you are free to browse thru our products. Underneath each product there is a "Download" button. If you'll hit it, new window will pup up, where you type in the code you see in the graphic. After hitting "validate", the download will start automaticaly.

11. How long does the authorization period take?

Authorizations are done within 60 minutes after your purchase, if your order was done from 8am to 11pm GMT. If you ordered between 11pm and 8am GMT, you will need to wait till the morning.

12. I could download the product, but I couldn't open the file.
